Sauté the Proteins
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the diced chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Add the sliced sausage and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Finally, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the proteins from the skillet and set aside.

Combine Sauce Ingredients
Stir in the canned diced tomatoes, chicken broth, heavy cream, and creole seasoning. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
