Burger Patty

Toppings

Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Form the Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until just combined, then form into a 7 oz patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Toppings Preparation

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the peppered bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 4

    Melt the Cheese

During the last minute of cooking the burger patty, place the Swiss and mozzarella cheese slices on top of the patty. Cover with a lid to help the cheese melt.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the French Fries

Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt.

  2. 6

    Bake the Fries

Bake the French fries according to package instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on a bun (optional). Top with crispy bacon. Serve alongside the hot French fries.
