Burger Patty Preparation

Form the Patty
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until just combined, then form into a 7 oz patty.

Cook the Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the peppered bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Melt the Cheese
During the last minute of cooking the burger patty, place the Swiss and mozzarella cheese slices on top of the patty. Cover with a lid to help the cheese melt.
French Fries Preparation

Prepare the French Fries
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt.

Bake the Fries
Bake the French fries according to package instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Assembly

Assemble the Burger
Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on a bun (optional). Top with crispy bacon. Serve alongside the hot French fries.
