    Prepare Cafe de Olla

    In a pot, combine water, coffee grounds, cinnamon stick, and star anise. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and sweeten with sugar.

    Mix the Drink

    In a heatproof glass, combine Arrogante Almond Tequila, Licor 43, and the house-made Cafe de Olla. Stir well.

    Garnish with an orange peel twist and serve hot.
