Fajita Burger

Method

Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Fajita Mixture

In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped bell peppers and onions until soft, about 5-7 minutes. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.

2

Form the Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the sautéed bell pepper and onion mixture. Mix well and form into 4 equal patties.

3

Grill the Burgers

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

4

Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover until melted.

5

Prepare the Potato Wedges

While the burgers are cooking, toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

6

Assemble the Burgers

Place each burger patty on a bun, top with chipotle aioli, and serve with roasted potato wedges on the side.
