Tequila Preparation

Pour the Tequilas
Measure and pour 1 oz each of Lalo Silver, Herradura Reposado, and Gran Centenario Añejo Tequila into three separate shot glasses.
Sangrita Preparation

Make the Sangrita
In a bowl or pitcher, combine tomato juice, orange juice, lime juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are mixed.

Serve
Pour the sangrita into a small serving glass and serve alongside the tequila flight.
