Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- 2
Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into two large meatballs, each about the size of a baseball.
- 3
Cook the Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until they are browned and cooked through.
- 4
Prepare Marinara Sauce
While the meatballs are cooking, prepare your from-scratch marinara sauce or heat pre-made sauce in a separate pot.
- 5
Serve
Once the meatballs are cooked, serve them topped with the marinara sauce.
