Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bread

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the French baguette in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

    Make the Garlic Oil

Mince the garlic cloves and mix them with olive oil in a small bowl. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Spread the Garlic Oil

Brush the garlic oil mixture evenly over the cut sides of the baguette.

  4. 4

    Add the Cheese

In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, parmesan, and fontina cheeses. Spread the cheese mixture generously over the oiled baguette halves.

  5. 5

    Bake the Bread

Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the bread from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and slice into individual pieces. Serve warm with a side of homemade marinara sauce.
