Prepare the Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the French baguette in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.

Make the Garlic Oil
Mince the garlic cloves and mix them with olive oil in a small bowl. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the Cheese
In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, parmesan, and fontina cheeses. Spread the cheese mixture generously over the oiled baguette halves.

Bake the Bread
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden.

Garnish and Serve
Remove the bread from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and slice into individual pieces. Serve warm with a side of homemade marinara sauce.
