Burger Directions

1

Prepare the Sauce

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut potatoes into fries, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

3

Cook the Burgers

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form into patties. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, adding cheese slices in the last minute to melt.

4

Assemble the Burgers

Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet. Spread a generous amount of epic sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Add the cooked beef patty, followed by lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

5

Serve

Plate the burgers with a side of fries. Enjoy your OP Cheeseburger!
