Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Caramelize the Onions

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until the onions are soft and caramelized.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, add the redneck sausage patties and cook according to package instructions until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour into the skillet and gently scramble over low heat until soft and creamy. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Make Sriracha Aioli

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha together until well combined. Adjust the sriracha to taste.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sandwich

On the bottom half of each brioche bun, layer the scrambled eggs, caramelized onions, sausage patty, and cheddar cheese. Drizzle the sriracha aioli on top, then cover with the top half of the bun.
