Prepare Potatoes O'Brien

    Cook Potatoes

    In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced potatoes, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until potatoes are tender and golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.

Cook Eggs and Sausage

    Fry Eggs

    In a separate pan, heat a little oil or butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are set, about 3-4 minutes. Flip for over-easy if desired.

    Cook Sausage

    In the same pan, cook the redneck sausage patty until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes on each side.

Toast the Bread

    Toast Bread

    While the eggs and sausage are cooking, toast the 9 grain bread slices until golden brown.

Serve

    Plate the Breakfast

    Serve the fried eggs, sausage patty, and potatoes O'Brien alongside the toasted 9 grain bread.
