Prepare the Beer Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and beer until smooth. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Fry the Cod
Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Dip the cod fillets into the beer batter and carefully place them in the hot oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Tacos
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat. To each tortilla, add a piece of beer-battered cod, a handful of coleslaw, a sprinkle of shredded cheese, and a spoonful of house-made pico de gallo. Drizzle with chipotle aioli.

Serve
Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
