Prepare the Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Tear the stale bread into small pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Mix Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour the wet mixture over the torn bread. Gently fold in the shredded coconut until all the bread is soaked.
