Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 2
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
- 3
Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 4
Melt the Cheese
In the last minute of grilling, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast to melt.
- 5
Toast the Buns
While the cheese is melting, toast the brioche buns on the grill until golden brown.
- 6
Assemble the Sandwich
Spread chipotle aioli on the bottom half of each bun. Layer with lettuce, grilled chicken with melted Swiss, crispy bacon, tomato slices, onion slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 7
Serve
Serve the chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches with your favorite fries on the side.
