Prepare the Chicken
In a large bowl, marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Make the Seasoned Flour
In another bowl, combine flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off, then dredge in the seasoned flour, pressing to coat. Fry chicken for 8-10 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- 4
Prepare the Nashville Hot Sauce
In a small bowl, combine hot sauce and 1/2 cup of the frying oil. Mix well and toss the fried chicken in the sauce until thoroughly coated.

- 6
Assemble the Sandwiches
Spread mayonnaise on the brioche buns. Add the Nashville Hot chicken and top with garlic pickles. Close the sandwich and serve.
