Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Add Tomatoes and Lemon
Stir in diced tomatoes and lemon juice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Combine with Pasta
Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine all ingredients. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.

Serve the Cajun shrimp scampi hot, accompanied by slices of focaccia bread.
