New England Clam Chowder

    In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, celery, and potatoes. Cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes.

    Sprinkle gluten-free flour over the vegetables and stir for about 2 minutes to create a roux.

    Add Liquids

    Slowly whisk in clam juice and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer.

    Add Clams and Seasoning

    Stir in the chopped clams, salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer for 15 minutes until thickened.

French Onion Soup

    In a large pot, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and salt. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 20-25 minutes until caramelized.
