Wine Ingredients
Method
Wine Making Process
- 1
Harvesting
Select ripe grapes from the vineyard, ensuring a mix of varieties for a balanced field blend.
- 2
Crushing and Pressing
Crush the grapes and press them gently to extract the juice, separating it from the skins.
- 3
Fermentation
In a sanitized fermentation vessel, combine grape juice, water, and sugar. Add yeast and stir gently. Cover with a cloth and let ferment in a cool, dark place for about 2-3 weeks.
- 4
Racking
Once fermentation is complete, siphon the wine off the sediment into a clean vessel to clarify the wine.
- 5
Aging
Allow the wine to age for several months in a cool environment, tasting periodically to determine the right flavor profile.
- 6
Bottling
Once aged, add sulfites to prevent oxidation and bottle the rosé in sanitized bottles, sealing them tightly.
- 7
Enjoying
Chill the rosé and serve in a glass, pairing with light summer dishes or enjoying on its own.
