Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are blackened and cooked through.

In a separate pan, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

On each tortilla, layer shredded cabbage, blackened shrimp, pico de gallo, slices of avocado, cotija cheese, and drizzle with sriracha mayo.
