Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Method
Steak
- 1
Prepare the Steak
Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
- 2
Season the Steak
Rub both sides of the ribeye steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and rosemary. Make sure to massage the seasoning into the meat.
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to high heat, about 450°F to 500°F (232°C to 260°C).
- 4
Grill the Steak
Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached. Use a meat thermometer to check; it should read 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
- 5
Rest the Steak
Once done, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.
