Preparation of Seafood

Prepare the Shrimp
Clean and devein the shrimp. In a pot of boiling water, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Crab Meat
If using fresh crab, steam the crab for about 10-12 minutes. If using canned crab meat, drain and set aside.

Prepare the Lobster
Boil the lobster tails in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Remove from water and let cool slightly. Cut the shell and extract the meat.
Cooking and Seasoning

Sauté Seafood
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the shrimp and lobster meat, sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Combine Crab Meat
Gently fold the crab meat into the skillet, ensuring not to break it apart. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to warm the crab.

Make Dipping Sauce
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, and lemon juice until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Serving

Plate the Seafood
Arrange the shrimp, crab, and lobster on a large platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Serve with Dipping Sauce
Serve the seafood platter with the prepared dipping sauce on the side.
