Preparing the Crab Legs

Boiling Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

Adding Crab Legs
Once the water is boiling, carefully add the king crab legs to the pot. Make sure they are fully submerged.

Cooking Time
Cover the pot and let the crab legs cook for about 5-7 minutes. If they are frozen, increase the time to about 10-12 minutes.

Draining
Once cooked, use tongs to remove the crab legs from the pot and place them on a serving platter.
Making the Butter Sauce

Melting the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter over low heat.

Adding Garlic
Once melted, add 3 minced garlic cloves to the butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Finishing the Sauce
Stir in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.

Serve the crab legs warm with the melted butter sauce on the side for dipping.
