Preparing the Crab

Steam the Crab
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Place a steaming rack inside the pot and add the fresh crab. Cover the pot and steam for 15-20 minutes until the crab is cooked through and turns a bright orange color.

Making Dipping Sauces

Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic (3 cloves), a pinch of salt, and parsley. Stir and let it simmer for a few minutes until fragrant.

Prepare Lemon Aioli
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of mayonnaise with the juice of 1 lemon, minced garlic (1 clove), and salt to taste. Whisk until smooth.

Prepare Spicy Cocktail Sauce
Combine 1 cup of ketchup with 2 tablespoons of horseradish, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix well.
Serving the Dish

Plate the Crab
Arrange the steamed crab on a large serving platter. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.

Serve with Dipping Sauces
Place the garlic butter sauce, lemon aioli, and spicy cocktail sauce in small bowls around the crab. Enjoy the fresh crab with the various dipping sauces.
