Cook Pasta

Boil Water
Fill a large pot with water, add a generous amount of salt, and bring it to a rolling boil.

Cook Pasta
Add the penne pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Seafood

Sauté Shrimp and Scallops
In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add the shrimp and scallops. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add Cajun Seasoning
Stir in the Cajun seasoning, mixing well with the garlic.

Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked pasta and sautéed seafood back into the skillet with the sauce. Toss to combine everything thoroughly.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
