Salad Ingredients

Method

Salad Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by preparing all the ingredients for the salad. Rinse the mixed greens under cold water and dry them using a salad spinner or by patting them with a paper towel.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Hard-Boiled Eggs

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then cover the saucepan and remove it from heat. Let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes. Once done, place them in an ice bath for 5 minutes before peeling and slicing them.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Avocado and Vegetables

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Slice it into thin pieces. Chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces, slice the cherry tomatoes in half, and thinly slice the red onion.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, add the mixed greens as the base. Top with sliced hard-boiled eggs, smoked salmon, sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

  5. 5

    Add Feta and Dressing

Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top of the salad. Drizzle with your favorite dressing, preferably a lemon vinaigrette or a light ranch dressing.

  6. 6

    Serve

Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately on individual plates or in a large serving bowl.
