Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Method

Grilled Pork Tenderloin

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork

Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight for maximum flavor.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400-450°F or 200-230°C). Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.

  4. 4

    Grill the Pork Tenderloin

Remove the pork from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Place the tenderloin on the grill. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning every 5-7 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  5. 5

    Rest and Slice

Once cooked, remove the pork tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute. After resting, slice the pork into medallions.
