Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of white cheddar on each patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or over easy, as preferred.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 5

    Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  2. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, spread a layer of spicy chili aioli, add the patty with melted cheese, top with pickled beets, grilled pineapple, and the fried egg. Add the top bun.
