Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.

Preheat the Smoker
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Smoke the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on the smoker rack and smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Prepare the Glaze
In a small bowl, mix together honey and apple cider vinegar to create a glaze.

Glaze the Wings
During the last 15 minutes of smoking, brush the glaze over the wings.
