Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dough

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef steak, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and green bell pepper. Sauté until softened, about 4-5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Pizzetta

Spread the cooked steak mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough. Top with sautéed vegetables and sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top.

  5. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
