Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Catfish
Rinse the catfish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Coat both sides with blackening seasoning.
- 2
Cook the Catfish
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned catfish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until blackened and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
- 3
Assemble the Wraps
On each flour tortilla, layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced avocado. Flake the cooked catfish and place it on top of the vegetables.
- 4
Add Finishing Touches
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fillets and drizzle with hot sauce to taste. Roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
- 5
Serve
Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
