Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cook the all-natural chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side. Once cooked, let it cool slightly and then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Make the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, honey, lime juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and water until smooth. Add salt to taste.
- 3
Assemble the Wraps
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped romaine lettuce, julienned carrots, walnut noodle crunchies, and chopped chicken. Drizzle the peanut honey-lime dressing over the mixture and toss to combine.
- 4
Wrap It Up
Take a garlic herb tortilla and place a portion of the chicken and vegetable mixture in the center. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll from the bottom up to secure the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- 5
Serve
Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately. Enjoy your Asian Chicken Wrap!
