Toppings (optional)

Method

Prepare the Flatbread

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it's hot enough for baking the pizzas.

  2. 2

    Arrange the Flatbread

Place the flatbread pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Add Tomato Sauce

  1. 3

    Spread the Tomato Sauce

Using a spoon, spread about 1/4 cup of tomato sauce evenly over each piece of flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add Cheese

  1. 4

    Sprinkle Mozzarella

Evenly sprinkle about 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce on each flatbread.

Add Optional Toppings

  1. 5

    Drizzle Olive Oil

If desired, drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the cheese for added flavor.

  2. 6

    Sprinkle Oregano

Sprinkle dried oregano over the top of the cheese, to taste.

  3. 7

    Add Fresh Basil

Tear fresh basil leaves and scatter them over the pizzas for a fresh touch.

Bake the Pizzas

  1. 8

    Bake

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve

  1. 9

    Slice and Serve

Remove the pizzas from the oven, let them cool for a minute, then slice into triangles and serve warm.
