Biscuit Base Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Cut in Butter
Add the unsalted butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add Milk
Pour in the milk and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Shape the Biscuits
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times. Pat it into a 1-inch thick round. Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or a glass.

Bake
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Cook Sausage
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sliced andouille sausage. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Crawfish and Cream
Add the crawfish tails and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir to combine.

Season the Mixture
Add Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and heated through, about 5 minutes.

Add Green Onions and Cheese
Stir in the chopped green onions and grated Parmesan cheese, cooking for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
