Seafood Alfredo Pasta Ingredients
Method
Preparation Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Sauté the Seafood
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the scallops, shrimp, clams, and mussels. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the clams and mussels have opened.
- 3
Make the Alfredo Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 4
Combine Everything
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water to reach desired consistency.
- 5
Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your Seafood Alfredo Pasta!
