Clean and rinse the lobster tails, blue crabs, snow crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, and dungeness crab thoroughly under cold water.

Slice the sausage into 1-inch pieces and set aside.

Wash the potatoes and corn. Cut the potatoes in half if they are large. Set the eggs aside.

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the sausage pieces and let cook for 5 minutes.

Add the potatoes and corn to the pot and cook for another 10 minutes.

Gently add the eggs to the boiling pot and cook for 10 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.

Add the Seafood

Now, add the lobster tails, blue crabs, snow crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, and dungeness crab to the pot. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the seafood is fully cooked and tender.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes before draining the water. Serve hot with melted butter and lemon on the side.
