Method
Prepare the Crab Claws
Clean the Crab Claws
Rinse the crab claws under cold water to remove any debris or sand.
Steam the Crab Claws
Fill a large pot with about 2 inches of water and place a steamer basket inside. Bring the water to a boil. Add the crab claws to the basket and cover. Steam for about 8-10 minutes, or until the claws are heated through and the meat is opaque.
Prepare Lemon Wedges
Cut the lemon into wedges and set aside for serving.
Make the Special Sauce
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, chopped parsley, and garlic powder. Mix well until fully combined.
Season the Sauce
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir to incorporate.
Serve
Plate the Crab Claws
Arrange the steamed crab claws on a serving platter.
Add Sauce and Lemon
Serve the crab claws with the special sauce on the side and lemon wedges for squeezing over the claws.
