Preparation

  1. 1

    Prep the Ingredients

Start by rinsing the snow crab legs under cold water to remove any debris. Peel and devein the shrimp if not already done. Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. Remove the kernels from the corn cob if using fresh corn.

  2. 2

    Cook the Potatoes

Fill a large pot with water and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. Add the halved potatoes and boil for about 15-20 minutes or until fork-tender. Remove and drain, then set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Corn

In the same pot of boiling water, add the corn and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.

  4. 4

    Cook the Sausage

In a large skillet, add the sausage pieces over medium heat. Cook until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  5. 5

    Boil the Seafood

In a large pot, fill with water and add seasonings (such as Old Bay seasoning, if desired) and bring to a boil. Add the snow crab legs and shrimp to the pot, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove the seafood and drain.

  6. 6

    Cook the Eggs

In a small pot, bring water to a boil. Gently add the eggs and boil for 10 minutes for hard-boiled. Remove from the pot, cool under cold running water, peel, and set aside.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

On a large serving platter, arrange the boiled potatoes, corn, sliced sausage, snow crab legs, shrimp, and hard-boiled eggs. You can add melted butter or a dipping sauce on the side for extra flavor.
