Pasta

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrots, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Add the Chopped Vegetables

Add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still vibrant in color.

  3. 5

    Incorporate the Pasta

Add the drained pasta and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Toss everything together to combine.

  4. 6

    Season the Mixture

Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and fresh basil. Toss again to ensure the pasta and vegetables are evenly coated with the seasonings.

  5. 7

    Serve

Remove from heat and transfer the pasta primavera to serving plates. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve warm.
