Preparation of Chicken Wings

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Seasoning Mixture
In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.

Coat the Chicken Wings
Add the dry chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the flour mixture until they are evenly coated.
Frying the Chicken Wings

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C). Use a cooking thermometer to check the temperature.

Fry the Chicken Wings
Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Drain the Wings
Once fried, remove the wings with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Tossing in Sauce

Choose Your Sauce
In a large bowl, choose one of the sauces (Buffalo, BBQ, or Honey garlic).

Toss the Wings
Add the fried chicken wings to the bowl with the sauce and toss until fully coated.
