Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Dredging Station
Set up a dredging station with three plates: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese.
- 3
Coat the Chicken
Dip each chicken breast first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure they are evenly coated.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
