Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Cooking Wings
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the coated wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
- 5
Toss in Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
Making Blue Cheese Dressing
- 6
Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Mash the Blue Cheese
Using a fork, mash the blue cheese into the other ingredients until you reach your desired consistency (chunky or smooth).
- 8
Chill the Dressing
Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
