In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder until evenly coated.

Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and vinegar. Whisk until well combined and heated through.
