Celery and Blue Cheese Dressing

Method

Wings Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat and Prepare

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Toss with Sauce

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour your choice of wing sauce over the wings and toss until fully coated.

Celery and Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Celery

Wash and cut the celery stalks into sticks, about 3 inches long. Set aside.

  2. 6

    Make the Dressing

In a mixing bowl, combine Maytag blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy, adjusting the seasoning to taste.
