Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Squeeze out excess water and chop finely.

  2. 2

    Mix the Dip Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, drained artichoke hearts (chopped), cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese. Mince the garlic cloves and add to the bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined and creamy.

  3. 3

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.

  4. 4

    Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.

Crostinis Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Baguette

Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Arrange on a baking sheet.

  2. 6

    Season and Bake

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the baguette slices. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
