Grilling the Salmon

Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Marinate the Salmon
Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade and let them sit for about 15-20 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Preparing the Mixed Greens Salad

Combine the Greens
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced cucumber, halved grape tomatoes, diced avocado, shaved broccoli, sliced red bell pepper, and chopped green onions.

Toss the Salad
Gently toss the salad until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Making the Cucumber Sunomono

Prepare the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.

Dress the Cucumber
Add the thinly sliced cucumber to the dressing and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Assembling the Dish

Plate the Salad
On a large serving plate, arrange the mixed greens salad.

Add the Grilled Salmon
Place the grilled salmon fillet on top of the salad.

Top with Cucumber Sunomono
Add the marinated cucumber sunomono on the side of the salmon.

Sprinkle the wasabi peas over the salad for an added crunch.

Finally, drizzle ponzu sauce over the entire dish before serving.
