Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Mix the Dip Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, drained artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

  3. 3

    Blend Until Smooth

Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.

  4. 4

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  5. 5

    Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the dip is bubbling and golden brown on top.

Crostini Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Baguette

While the dip is baking, slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.

  2. 7

    Brush with Olive Oil

Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush one side with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder for added flavor.

  3. 8

    Toast the Crostinis

Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

  4. 9

    Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve the lobster and artichoke dip warm with the garlic crostinis.
