Method

Chicken Strips

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken

Cut each chicken breast into strips about 1 inch wide.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the third.

  3. 3

    Bread Chicken Strips

Dredge each chicken strip first in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each strip is evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Fry Chicken Strips

In a deep skillet or fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken strips in batches. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.

  2. 6

    Heat Oil

In a separate deep skillet or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

  3. 7

    Fry Fries

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the potato strips in batches, frying for about 5-7 minutes or until they are golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.

Dipping Sauce

  1. 8

    Mix Sauce Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, mustard, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and well combined.
