Method

Prepare Salad Base

  1. 1

    Wash and Chop Romaine

Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or spin in a salad spinner. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

  2. 2

    Grill Chicken

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper (or your favorite seasoning). Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.

Assemble Salad

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the chopped romaine lettuce in the salad bowl. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the salad.

  2. 4

    Add Croutons

Top the salad with croutons for added crunch and texture.

  3. 5

    Dress the Salad

Pour the creamy Caesar dressing over the salad. Toss gently with salad tongs or two forks until all ingredients are well combined and evenly coated with dressing.

Serve

  1. 6

    Plate and Enjoy

Divide the Caesar salad into serving bowls or plates. Serve immediately while the chicken is warm and the croutons are crunchy.
