1. Prepare the Oven and Ramekins

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust them with flour, tapping out the excess.

2. Melt Chocolate and Butter

In a heatproof bowl, combine the Valrhona chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt them together over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.

3. Mix Eggs and Sugar

In a separate bowl, whisk together the large eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar until thick and pale.

4. Combine Mixtures

Slowly pour the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the egg mixture, stirring gently to combine. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

5. Add Flour

Sift in the all-purpose flour and fold it gently into the batter until just combined.

6. Fill Ramekins
