Preparing the Chicken
Cut the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate
In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Breading and Frying
Prepare Breading Stations
Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with a mixture of beaten eggs and milk, and one with cornstarch.
Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken piece first in flour, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it in cornstarch.
Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Fry Chicken
Carefully drop the breaded chicken pieces into the hot oil in batches. Fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain and Serve
Remove the fried chicken pieces and let them drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
