
Lobster Roll Recipe
“The Heart and Soul of the Highroller” Fresh baked brioche, Chopped Romaine, 4 oz of fresh Maine claw and knuckle meat, your choice of sauce. You basically get to build your own lobster roll and put whatever you want on it. If you don’t like it, you’re doing it wrong. Our favorite is with Lime and Jalapeno mayo!

Prepare the Lobster
In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh Maine lobster meat with salt, black pepper, lime juice, and jalapeno. Gently fold in the mayonnaise until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Toast the Brioche
Lightly toast the brioche rolls on a grill or in a toaster until golden brown, ensuring they are crispy on the outside.
Assemble the Lobster Roll
Place a generous layer of chopped romaine lettuce on the bottom half of each toasted brioche roll. Spoon the lobster mixture on top of the lettuce.
Finish and Serve
Close the rolls and serve immediately with your choice of additional toppings or sauces, if desired.
